High Efficiency and Performance in Material Handling Operations: Trelleborg Tires at LogiMAT 2026

- From maximum to low intensity applications, Trelleborg tires’ extensive XP range on show in Hall 10 – Stand A21
- Trelleborg tires include Pit Stop Line technology and are available in multiple compounds for various environments
At LogiMAT 2026, Trelleborg shows how its XP tire range delivers measurable performance and efficiency, with tire solutions tailored to every intensity, load, and operational environment. From high-intensity warehouse tasks to specialized environments requiring electrically conductive or non-marking compounds, the Trelleborg XP tire lines help fleets reduce downtime, optimize operational efficiency and increase safety.
Top of the line, the Trelleborg XP1000 tire for maximum-intensity applications combines excellent traction and minimal vibration to improve driver comfort while reducing fuel consumption. Equipped with Pit Stop Line technology, it features a visual orange band that appears when around 100 operating hours remain, helping forklift operators and fleet managers safely plan tire changes in advance and avoid unplanned downtime.
The XP1000 range is available with a variety of advanced rubber compounds, including the unique ProTEX: the non-marking electrically conductive compound engineered for operations in sensitive and potentially explosive environments.
The Trelleborg XP900 tire, designed for high-intensity applications, provides exceptional stability and manoeuvrability when loading and unloading goods in warehouses, factories, and other demanding environments. Its rubber compounds, developed from advanced raw materials, are tested to ensure long-lasting performance and support more sustainable operations, contributing to the ongoing reduction of CO₂ emissions.
To support medium-intensity operations across indoor and outdoor environments, the Trelleborg XP800 tire ensures consistent performance while helping maintain cost control with its advanced tread design. For lower-intensity material handling tasks, the Trelleborg XP700 tire is designed to match operational needs by providing adequate load capacity and precise steering. Consistent with the XP range, it features a protruding rim protector to help minimize wheel damage, while maintaining the required levels of performance and efficiency.
Anton Stoynev, Director Material Handling & Construction Central Europe, Trelleborg Tires, said:
“The full Trelleborg XP range, available in our portfolio and on display at LogiMAT 2026, demonstrates how our tires support material handling operations across all intensities and environments. With tailored tire solutions for specific operational needs, we enable customers to reduce downtime, optimize efficiency, and enhance safety. As a business tire partner to the forklift industry, we go beyond manufacturing tires: we combine application expertise with practical support to empower customers to achieve their operational goals reliably and effectively.”
LogiMAT 2026 takes place from March 24 to 26 in Stuttgart and is Europe’s leading trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management.
